LTP Grimex

LTP Grimex - Multi-purpose intensive cleaner effective for removing oil, grease, ingrained dirt, grime and old wax layers. Suitable for use on terracotta, quarry tiles, slate, marble, stone and ceramic wall tiles. May be used in dilute or concentrated form.

Coverage: Up to 50 sq / m

Instructions
Important: - Test the solution on an inconspicuous area before general application. Any alkalinity remaining on surfaces treated with this product should be completely neutralised. This may be done with a little clean water applied by sponge.

Directions
In mild cases and on absorbent tiles: Dilute 1 part Grimex in 10 parts warm water. Apply with a cloth or mop. Wipe off thoroughly with a clean damp cloth.

In more severe cases: Dilute 1 part Grimex in 3 parts warm water. Apply liberally, spreading over surface of tiles. If necessary agitate with a scrubbing brush. leave to react for 5-10 minutes, keeping wet with additional Grimex  solution. Mop up and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

In extremely severe cases: Use undiluted and agitate with scrubbing brush if necessary. Neutralise treated surface with clean water after use.

Coverage
In mild cases - approximately 50m2
In more severe cases - approximately 20m2
In extremely severe cases - approximately 5-10m2

This product should not be used for every day cleaning of floors sealed with LTP Ironwax or Beeswax polishes.
 


LTP Grout Stain Remover LTP Grout Stain Remover - Grout, Cement, Lime and Efflorescence Remover.

Coverage: Light Use - 20 sq / m
Heavy Use - 10 sq / m

A rapid action cleaning agent for removing cement residues, grout stain, efflorescence and other similar deposits from glazed and unglazed ceramics, terracotta, quarry tiles, slate and stone. May be used in dilute or concentrated form.

Instructions
Important: - This product may not be suitable for use on all floor materials. Test the solution on a small inconspicuous area prior to general application. When using acid solution, prolonged contact with grout joints should be avoided. Any acidity remaining on surfaces treated with this product should be completely neutralised after use. This may be done with a little clean water applied by sponge.

Directions
In mild cases and on absorbent tiles: Dilute 1 part Grout Stain Remover in 4 parts warm water. Apply with a cloth or sponge wrung out in the solution. Wipe off thoroughly with a clean damp cloth.

In more severe cases: Dilute 1 part Grout Stain Remover in 1 part warm water. Apply liberally and spread over surface of tiles. If necessary, agitate with a scrubbing brush and leave to react for 5-10 minutes, keeping wet with additional Grout Stain Remover solution. Mop up and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

In extremely severe cases: Use undiluted and agitate with scrubbing brush if necessary. Neutralise treated surface with clean water after use.

Coverage
Approximately 5-25m2 per litre.
 


LTP Power Stripper LTP Power Stripper - High performance intensive cleaner for vitrified quarry tiles, glazed ceramics and porcelain. Removes oxidised boiled linseed oil.

Coverage:
Surface cleaning: 60 sq / m - litre (mixed 1:12)
Deep stripping: 30 sq / m - litre (mixed 1:6)
In extreme cases: 20 sq / m - litre (mixed 1:4)

A powerful stripper for intensive cleaning and stripping of highly vitrified glazed ceramics, quarry tiles, porcelain, terrazzo and mineral floors.
Removes oxidised boiled linseed oil and mineral oils.

Directions
N.B. To establish whether the tiles are colour fast and to determine optimal dilution for Power Stripper, always test on an inconspicuous area prior to general application.

Surface cleaning: 1:12 in warm water
Deep stripping: 1: 6 in warm water

In extreme cases e.g. removal of linseed oil 1:4 in warm water
Sweep or dry mop floor to remove grit and surface dirt. Mix stripper solution according to required dilution. Working in manageable sized areas, mop on solution to thoroughly wet floor. Let it work for 3-5 minutes, keeping floor damp with further solution should it begin to be absorbed. Agitate floor surface using a mildly abrasive pad. If the floor will stand up to it, machine scrub with a stripping pad. Remove resulting dirty residue using clean warm water and absorbent cloths. If you are treating a large area a wet vacuum will prove helpful. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before applying further treatments. You may need to repeat washing process a couple of times.
 


LTP Multiclean Kitchen and Bathroom Surface Cleaner LTP Multiclean Kitchen and Bathroom Surface Cleaner - Removes grease and limescale from glazed, ceramic, porcelain, sanitary ware, chrome, glass, laminates and stainless steel.

A unique formula which degreases and descales at the same time. Removes fats, grease, soil, proteins, bacteria, limescale and prevents the formation of new limescale. Has a pine fresh fragrence. Use on glazed ceramics, porcelain, sanitary ware, baths, showers, toilets, chrome, glass, laminates and stainless steel.

Directions
Shake well before use. Hold upright and spray 20cm from the surface. Wipe over with a clean damp cloth, rinse and leave to dry.

For stubborn stains apply directly to problem / affected areas and leave for 10 - 15 minutes before rinsing.

NB - Contains an anti-bacterial / limescale remover and inhibitor, suitable for both domestic and commercial kitchens and bathrooms.

Important
FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS Equipment and surfaces subjected to direct food contact must be thoroughly rinsed with portable water after cleaning with this product. Avoid contamination of food during use. Do not store in food processing or food storage areas.

Attention
Non-Butyl. Irritant. Keep away from children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear suitable gloves when using this product. In case of contact with skin and eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. Not suitable for use on limestone, marble or sandstone (Use LTP Stonewash).
Do not use on surfaces that have been sealed.
 


LTP Stonewash LTP Stonewash - For use on limestone, Travertine, Marble, Granite, Slate and Sandstone. Ideal for kitchens and bathrooms.

A gentle cleaner especially formulated for use on Limestone, Travertine, Marble, Granite, Slate and Sandstone. Will not break down or remove protective seals. Has a clean fragrance. Ideal for kitchens and bathrooms.

Directions
Shake well before use. Hold upright and spray 20cm from the surface. Wipe over with a clean damp cloth and leave to dry. On Mechanically polished wax and glass surfaces finish by buffing with a clean dry cloth.

Attention
Keep away from children.
LTP Stonewash should not be used on acrylic sealed surfaces.


LTP Fullers Earth LTP Fullers Earth - Ultra-absorbent stain remover for all greasy stains (oil, grease, make-up, sebum...). For use on fabrics, leather, porous floors, stone, terracotta & wood Combine with LTP Spot Stain Remover to help remove oil stains from porous floors

Directions for Use:
On fabrics, leather, rugs, carpets, wood,...(recent stains) Sponge the stain as much as possible with a clean cloth without rubbing, going from the outside to the middle of the stain. Shake the can well and powder the stain with the fuller's earth. Leave for at least 30 minutes then delicately brush. Apply again if necessary.

On porous floors (oil stains or old stains)
Cover the stain with undiluted LTP Spot Stain Remover which will help to dissolve the grease or oil. Powder the stain with the fuller's earth. Wet the stain again with the spot stain remover and cover it once more with enough fullers earth for the surface to remain dry. Leave to react for 24 hours. The powder absorbs the dissolved grease by capillarity. Brush away the powder and rinse well with a sponge and water.

Recommendations:
On delicate surfaces, first make a test on a hidden area.

LTP Spot Stain Remover LTP Spot Stain Remover - Penetrates the surface and dissolves mineral oil and cooking stains Effective at removing the majority of mineral oil and cooking oil stains (including oil spatters). Suitable for use on quarry tiles, terracotta, limestone, bricks, cement and paving. Combine with LTP Fullers Earth to help remove cooking oil and old stains. The spot stain remover dissolves the stain and the Fullers earth absorbs it by capillarity, thus enabling deep down stains to rise to the surface.

Directions for Use:
On recent stains: Apply pure directly onto the stain and leave to react for about 5 minutes. On cooking oil or old stains: Apply pure directly onto the stain. Powder the stain with fuller's earth. Wet the powder again with the stain remover and cover it once more with the fuller's earth for the surface to remain dry. Leave to react for 24 hours. Brush away the powder and rinse well with a sponge and water.

Recommendations:
Do not use on wood, rubber, plastic, asphalt, paint or varnish. For stubborn stains renew the application as many times s necessary. After removing the stain, clean the floor with LTP Grimex. Re-seal the floor to protect against further staining.

(Local applications) about 1.5 - 2 sq/m of stains per 500 ml
